Everyone Worship!
Scripture: “Bravo, God, Bravo! Everyone join in the great shout: Encore! In awe before the beauty, in awe before the might. Bring gifts and celebrate, bow before the beauty of God. Then to your knees – everyone worship!” Psalm 96:7-9 the Message
Take time today to simply celebrate God. Make a list of all the things, big and small, that God has done for you in the past week. It will be natural to struggle with this out of the gate. Don’t try to force it. Take a moment to be still (Day 2) and seek Him. Start by expressing who He is – Father, Creator, Counselor, Friend, Savior, Redeemer, Almighty One, Rock, Restorer, Gracious One, Strength, Confidant, Powerful, Loving – start listing His attributes that you have seen displayed in your life. That will really help to get the ball rolling.
Spend about 5-10 minutes doing this and you’ll see quickly where He has been with you throughout the week. Even when you didn’t realize it.
One simple act of worship that leads to some new places!
