He is deserving of our praise...
Scripture: 1 Chronicles 16:29
Ascribe means to give credit to, to acknowledge. When you give credit to someone, do you name them, or is it anonymous? That's silly, isn't it? Of course we give credit where it's due, by name!
Our God is a Holy God. Our God is a Faithful God. Our God is a Loving God. Our God is a Righteous God. When we praise Him, we do Him honor by being specific in the way we praise Him.
Just like we did in Day 2, take a moment to list as many names for God that you can. How has He shown Himself to you? How would you describe what He has done for you? Don't limit yourself to the amount of time you've allotted for this study. Take whatever time you need.
In fact, take all day! As you go through situations, acknowledge how God directed, pointed, guided your thought, words and actions. Keep the list out so you can refer back to it as often as you need to.
Share with someone at home what God was up to in your life today.
I'll bet you can't share just one....
